How to make Rhubarb Crumble
This is a sweet and crunchy favourite that is so quick and easy to make.

Crumble mix
- 6 oz Plain flour
- 6 oz Butter Softened
- 5 oz Granulated sugar
Fruit mix
- 7 sticks Rhubarb
- 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
Crumble
Mix together the flour and sugar
Measure and cut up the butter
Rub the butter into the flour and sugar mixture with clean hands.
When you have reached breadcrumbs consistency sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 190C for 30-40 mins or until golden
Serve hot with cream, ice cream or custard.
